Graduation is an achievement. Now comes the transition.

How do I get started?

How CPI helps

What we help fresh graduates do.

Moving from education into work is one of the hardest steps. CPI helps you get clear on the roles you want, present yourself well, close skills gaps and search with a plan. We support your preparation; we do not promise jobs.

  • Get clear on two or three target roles
  • Rebuild your CV and LinkedIn profile
  • Practise interviews for your industry
  • Close the skills gaps holding you back
  • Search with a structured plan, not scattered applications

    Coaching and guidance

    Transition

An active job-search plan with regular check-ins.

A simple framework

Your first 90 days after graduation.

A starting structure you can adapt with your coach. CPI supports your preparation; it does not guarantee a job.

Days 1–30

Understand and position

Take the self-assessment and Job-Readiness Audit, choose 2–3 target roles, rebuild your CV and LinkedIn, and have one conversation per target role.

Days 31–60

Build and apply

Close one priority skill gap with a short course or project, create one work sample, practise interviews and start targeted applications.

Days 61–90

Experience and transition

Pursue a bridge placement, volunteering or project, track applications weekly and review progress with a coach.

Don't leave your career to chance.

Better information can lead to better decisions. Better decisions can create better pathways.
