Impact

We measure progress by what changes for young people.

We are in our pilot stage. We will publish results here only once they are verified, with clear context about what they do and don't show.

Our theory of change

Better information, better decisions, better pathways.

  1. Information, self-awareness, guidance, skills and exposure

    What the programme provides.

  2. Better-informed career decisions

What we expect to change first.

  3. More intentional career action

Research, conversations, applications and course choices.

  4. Stronger career development

And, potentially, better career and life outcomes over time.

We treat this as a pathway to study, not a guarantee of cause and effect.

Pilot results

Results will appear here once verified.

No results published yet

Our first cohort is being recruited. We will separate activity numbers, participant outcomes and longer-term outcomes, and we will never publish invented or unverified figures.

Our learning cycle

  1. Design
  2. Deliver
  3. Listen
  4. Measure
  5. Learn
  6. Improve
  7. Scale

After each cohort we review feedback, completion and follow-up, what was confusing or hard to access, and any sign of bias, then improve the tools before the next group.
