Coaching & Guidance runs beneath every step. The journey is structured, but not rigid: you can go back to an earlier step whenever you learn something new.
Built on what works
Built on models Nigeria already trusts.
The Experience phase is a structured revival of two approaches Nigeria already knows. The Igbo apprenticeship tradition pairs years of hands-on work with a relationship with someone already succeeding in the trade. SIWES and industrial training bring the same idea to formal study.
Both work in principle. What is often missing is structure, monitoring and accountability. Every CPI placement has defined learning goals, a named supervisor, safety checks, guardian consent for under-18s, progress monitoring and feedback.
